Crystal Slayer Guide

Introduction

Crystal Slayer provides significant advantages in the early to mid-game stages, yielding abundant supplies such as rune and dragon items. Accessing Hunllef, the crystalline boss, unlocks some of the best ranged and hybrid gear available.

Gearing Up

Essential Items

• Dwarf Multi Cannon: Deals high damage and can be semi-AFK with auto-retaliate on.
• Cost: 20M total from Range Shop or Ironman shop.
• Elven Signet:
• Increases maximum melee damage against Crystalline Monsters.
• Imbued version (Celestial Signet) automatically loots Crystal Shards.

Recommended

• Equip either Elven/Celestial Signet or Ring of Wealth (i).
• Have 43 Prayer for Protect Melee to extend trip durations.

How To Get A Task

• Talk to the Elf Tracker: Use ::slayer command.
• Pay 1 million coins: Purchase a task from the Elf Tracker.

Starting Your Task

Once you have your Crystal Slayer task:

• Open teleportation menu and go to "Crystal Cavern".
• Inside, choose from Regular (crowded), No-Cannon (no cannons allowed), or Premium (1,000 Crystal Shards).

Private Instance

• Use FOE points at the "Instance Manager" east of home for a private instance.

Monsters in Crystal Cavern

Crystal Shards

• Drops: Each Crystalline monster drops a few Crystal Shards.
• Automatic Pickup: Wear Celestial Signet to auto-loot shards.
• Uses:
• Enter Premium Cave (1,000 shards).
• Convert into Crystal Dust with Mortar and Pestle.

Divine Potions

• Converts potions to Divine versions for maximum stat boost without decay.

Crystalline Keys

• Drops: Rare from any Crystalline monster.
• Usage:
• Use key in "Hunllef" teleport section of interface.
• Key consumed upon entering Hunllef's lair.

Hunllef Mechanics (Boss Fight)

• Switch between Protection Prayers for his attacks.
• Magic protection when seeing white lightning bolts, or melee through them.

Loot

• Rewards:
• Hunllef’s Key (requires inventory space).
• Chest loot includes full Crystal equipment, full Corrupted gear, Blade of Saeldor, and Youngllef pet.
